How to pay
Payment can be done online using credit card (PayEx) or Swish (Sweden only)

The product must be in saleable condition with undamaged packaging.
The right to return does not apply to products with a reduced price.
You have the right to return up to 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods.
When exercising the right of return are you responsible for the cost of shipping.
When exercising the right of return you will be refunded the full amount, except shipping costs.
Any damage to returned goods is the sender’s responsibility to claim against the shipping company.
The sender/purchaser is then responsible for the cost and may require a refund of the shipping companies.
Tell us why you do not accept the goods and indicate how you believe that the product is faulty by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (+46 (0) 70-533 90 52).
Always notify us if you have any complaint as soon as possible.
We accept rulings by the Consumer Complaints Authority (ARN).
You pay for the return shipping back to us.

Skigrip is a training tool where safety, performance and highest quality have been prioritized. Therefore, we offer this: If you work out so hard or frequently that you break your Skigrips, you will get a new pair! The only thing we ask is that you return the broken item to us.
